A Genova l'artista rivolge la sua attenzione prima alla Raffineria in Val Polcevera che diventa soggetto di numerose opere realizzate arrampicandosi alla mattina sulla collina antistante il complesso industriale. Quindi chiede ed ottiene l'autorizzazione a dipingere all'interno del complesso siderurgico di Cornigliano
